Lawn Care Technician (40–55 Hours + Overtime) – Lawn-Pro

Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday + overtime
Location: MA/RI service area (in-person)

About the Role

Lawn-Pro is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to run a daily route applying fertilizer, weed control, and pest treatments.

This is not just a labor job. You’ll work independently, manage your own route, and communicate directly with customers.

We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and able to handle responsibility without constant supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Apply lawn treatments (liquid & granular)
• Diagnose lawn and turf issues
• Communicate with customers on-site
• Safely operate company equipment
• Complete 15–25 jobs per day
• Manage your route efficiently and independently

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable. shows up every day, on time (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Physically capable of full days outdoors

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to work 40–55 hours per week
• MA/RI Pesticide License or willingness to obtain (we train you)
