Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lawn Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of residential and commercial lawns.Responsibilities<ul><li>Apply fertilizers, weed control insect control and lime to customers lawns</li><li>Core Aeration to customers lawns</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>No Experience is necessary but previous lawn care knowledge is helpful.</li><li>Familiarity with Michiana area</li><li>Ability to work independently while being part of a team</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must have valid driver's license</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds</li></ul>Hours/Pay <ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Monday - Friday</li><li>$18 - $21 per hour</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Paid Training</li><li>Sign on bonus</li><li>Weekly/monthly bonus program</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourWork Location: In person
