We service the full DFW area for a wide variety of lawn, pest and home services and are rapidly expanding! Required Attributes:

- 1-3 years Experience in Lawn Care

-Ability to identify local turf types & weeds

-Excellent Written & Verbal Communication/Computer Skills

-Customer Service & Time Management Skills

-Excellent work ethic

-Ability to work outdoors for long hours

-Some computer knowledge required

-Clean driving record

-Must be able to pass criminal background check

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Lawn Care Technician is responsible for Lawn Fertilization and Weed Control for our assigned client's lawns. As a technician, you complete daily routes treating residential properties with fertilizer, weed control and pest/disease prevention products. You then provide detailed reports and evaluations of each property to the client.

Working Conditions:

• Independent/solo position that requires self-motivation and independent thinking.

• Regular driving on residential and city streets.

• Most hours demand physical labor-intensive work outside.

• Computer and smart device usage daily.

Physical Demands:

• As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be driving a truck to and from client properties and lifting heavy equipment and materials.

• Must be able to lift 50 plus lbs.

• Must be able to stand and walk long distances daily.

• Must be able to withstand all weather conditions.
