We are a growing Lawn Care and Snow Service business looking for individuals for full time work. We work hard but we have fun and enjoy our work. We have new and great equipment and this is a great opportunity to grow with our company and move up into positions of leadership quickly!

Our shop is brand new; with an awesome break room; TV, pool table, fuse ball table, break room has stocked fridge with sodas, gatorades and snacks, chips etc. Every Friday we cook out and play bean bag, pool, etc. We have a great company culture.

This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to join our team. We have doubled in size in the last two years. Individuals that join our team now you will be in a leadership role starting next Spring earning top pay for our industry. You will lead a crew and be recognized as a leader.

We provide lawn mowing services, snow and landscape maintenance. We will train the right individual/s, all you need is a great attitude and work ethic.

Must have a valid DL & be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner Card (we will schedule & pay). Pay DOQ but pay goes up for winter work and for experience with lawn maintenance.

Starting pay ranges from: $18 plus per hour $22/hour Current positions open:

• Maintenance/Mowing Team Member: No experience necessary but preferred. Must be willing to be a team worker and work with the crew leader on the lawn mowing crew and individually.
• Snow Plowing/shoveling
• Lawn Mowing

We provide year round services; so year round work is what we will be hiring for.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Be able to lift 50+ Pounds
• Lawn Care Experience (not required but preferred)
• Snow Experience (not required but preferred)

Full Time position

Salary: $35,000 to $40,000 /year

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintenance/Mowing Team Member: weekly lawn mowing, fall and leaf clean up
• Pesticide Applicator-fertilizer and weed control services
• Snow Plowing-snow plowing driveways/parking lots
• Snow Shoveling-

Qualifications and Skills

Hansen's Lawn Care prefers previous job experience but is not 100% necessary. We are looking for someone with a good attitude and willingness to work and cooperate well with others. You must be willing to accept direction and communicate well; because within 1 year you will be in charge of your own crew.
