Lawn Care Technician (Full-Time | $18–$36+/hr | Performance Pay + Benefits)

Job Summary
We’re hiring motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of their work every day.

Our team helps homeowners love their properties by building thick, green, healthy lawns that stand out in the neighborhood. We make neighbors jealous. When we finish a job, the difference is obvious — and customers notice.

This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for driven individuals.

What You’ll Do (March–November):

• Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments
• Diagnose lawn issues and make recommendations
• Measure properties and provide service quotes
• Generate additional sales in the field
• Deliver strong customer service
• Run an efficient, independent route

Pay is production-based (percentage per job). The more you produce, the more you earn.

Off-Season (November–March):

• Door-to-door marketing with our team
• Generate leads for spring services
• Hourly pay + commission

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable talking with customers
• Results-driven
• Able to work outdoors 8–10 hours daily
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (clean record past 3 years)
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Willing to obtain pesticide certification (company-paid)
