Lawn Maintenance/Landscape Install/Snow Removal Professionals

Looking for lawn care, landscape install, and snow removal professionals who have experience in the industry. Willing to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and skills. Must have experience with hand/power tools, operating and fixing gas powered equipment, phones, iPads, and talking to customers. Must have a driver's license, a vehicle, a phone, and live within the area. English speaking is preferred.

Pay is based on experience. Between $20-27.50 per hour. You will be supplied with company t-shirts and hat. Boot and work pant allowance after six months of employment. No medical or health benefits will be offered the first year.

Snow Removal Duties:
-Clearing of snow from sidewalks or parking lot.
-Operating a shovel, snowblower, tractor, truck, skid steer or wheel loader.
-Maintain equipment (painting, oil changes, rust proofing, and other repairs).

-Fixing equipment (hydraulic lines, troubleshooting issues, electrical issues)
-Cleaning the shop/washing equipment.
-Respond to the shop within a timely manner when it is snowing.
-Fill out reports on an iPad/iPhone.

Lawn Care Duties:
-Operate a zero-turn mower, weed whacker, and leaf blower.
-Rake/blow leaves.
-Maintain equipment (oil changes, blade changes, tires etc.).
-Landscaping (Install plants, mulch, rocks).
-Fill out reports on an iPad/iPhone.

Summary

As a Lawn Care/Snow Removal Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces through effective lawn care and snow removal services. Reporting to the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in landscaping, and groundskeeping to ensure client satisfaction. Your mechanical knowledge will enhance your ability to operate various hand tools and equipment. A valid driver's license is required for this role, as you will be traveling to different job sites.
