Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on both residential and commercial lawn and landscape jobs. You will work outdoors, using various tools and equipment to perform tasks assigned. If you have a passion for landscaping and enjoy working in a team environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
• Assist in tree care, including pruning and planting as needed.
• Dig and prepare garden beds for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees.
• Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Irrigate lawns and gardens properly to promote healthy growth.
• Clear snow during winter months as part of seasonal services.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
