Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a crew responsible for landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture tasks.
• Lead the execution of landscape projects including trimming, mowing, planting, pruning, and irrigation system repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting construction or landscaping tools, and ensuring proper operation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address project needs promptly.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor service fields.
• Strong background in landscaping, lawn care, horticulture, gardening, or tree care.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience in supervising crews performing landscape maintenance is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
