We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Crew Leader to help us continue delivering top-quality lawn maintenance services.

Pay: $19–$23/hr (based on skill and experience)

Location: Stephenville, TX

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a crew and manage daily tasks
• Maintain high standards of lawn and landscape care
• Follow and execute scheduled jobs efficiently
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Operate equipment and ensure job site safety

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in lawn care and crew leadership
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
