Lawn Maintenance Forman

The Role

We are a growing local company, and we’re looking for a Lawn Maintenance Foreman who wants to grow with us. We don’t need a "manager" to sit in the truck—we need a lead man who isn't afraid to get after it in the heat and knows how to keep a crew moving.

If you’re the person who’s always at the shop five minutes early and takes pride in leaving a yard looking sharp, we want you on the team. As we add more trucks and more routes, we need leaders we can trust to run them.

What the Day Looks Like1. Reliability is #1

• The Morning Grind: You’re at the shop on time, every day. If you don't show, the truck doesn't move. We need a Foreman we can set a watch by.
• Weather & Heat: You’ll be working outdoors in the sun and humidity. You need the stamina to stay productive and keep the crew motivated until the route is finished.
• Consistency: Our clients stay with us because we show up when we say we will. You make sure the schedule is hit, rain or shine.

2. Quality & Crew Leadership

• Handle the Gear: You’re responsible for the company truck and the handhelds (mowers, trimmers, blowers). You keep the truck and the gear clean, organized, and ready for the next day.
• Get It Done Right: You make sure the gates are latched, the porches are blown off, and the edges are clean. We don't do "re-dos."
• The Team: You lead a small crew. You’ll need to communicate clearly to keep the pace up. Spanish speaking is a major plus.

What You Need to Bring

• Experience: 2 years in professional lawn care is preferred, but if you’re a hard worker with a lead-man mindset, we’ll train you.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid license and a clean record to drive the company truck.
• Toughness: You’re comfortable walking several miles a day and lifting 50+ lbs in the heat.
• Growth Mindset: We are expanding. We need people who want to earn more responsibility (and more pay) as the company scales.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
