Lawn Maintenance Route Operator (Performance Pay)

Job Summary
This is a fast-paced, high-output role for someone who wants to grow quickly as we grow. To start, you’ll likely run a one-person route, meaning your pace, quality, and professionalism matter every stop.

What You’ll Do

• Run a daily lawn maintenance route solo (mow, trim, edge, blow). Typically will complete 15-20 residential lawns daily.
• Move with urgency while keeping properties clean and consistent
• Load/unload, basic equipment checks, keep truck/trailer organized
• Communicate progress, issues, and needs directly with leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Lawn maintenance experience (production-minded)
• Reliable, punctual, self-driven (no micromanagement needed)
• Works fast without cutting corners
• Takes feedback well and improves quickly
• Wants a growth path into Crew Leader or Manager as we grow

Not a Fit If You

• Miss work, show up late, or need constant supervision
• Leave properties sloppy or make excuses
• Don’t like a high-standard, high-speed environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors in heat and changing weather
• Strong accountability and communication
• Previous experience and expertise in the lawn care industry

Pay: $20 to $30/hr (based on experience and performance based bonuses)
