Lawn Maintenance - Team Member

Job Description:
As a Lawn Maintenance Team Member at Bell Lawn Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our clients' outdoor spaces. You will work within a dedicated team to perform a variety of lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and performing general landscape maintenance duties. This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments!

Responsibilities:

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing and trimming to ensure lawns are neat and well-groomed.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks within designated timelines and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
