Duties

• Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform detailed lawn care to ensure pristine turf conditions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and aerators safely and efficiently.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and garden bed upkeep.
• Assist with hardscape projects like installing pavers, retaining walls, or pathways to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible.
• Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators or snow plows safely.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Familiarity with horticulture principles, tree care including trimming and pruning, and general landscaping techniques.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety protocols on job sites.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for operating larger equipment or transporting tools between sites. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.60 - $29.63 per hour
