Lawn Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic lawn maintenance and landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through expert lawn care and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure lush, well-manicured lawns.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for landscape maintenance tasks.
• Operate machinery such as excavators to support seasonal outdoor projects.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth.
• Assist with hardscape projects like installing walkways, patios, or retaining walls.
• Support general garden and landscape upkeep by planting, mulching, and weed control.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• High level of personal accountability
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to lawn equipment, power tools, and landscaping machinery.
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; familiarity with excavators is a plus.
