Lawn Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty and health of residential and commercial outdoor spaces. Your expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and equipment operation will help create vibrant, well-manicured environments that delight clients and elevate curb appeal. Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas with precision and care
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for landscape installation and maintenance projects
• Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for healthy plant growth
• Execute hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features using appropriate tools and techniques
• Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote tree health and safety
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients’ properties

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools
• Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices
• Familiarity with landscaping construction techniques and hardscape installation processes
• Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and excavators safely and effectively
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning for health and aesthetics
• Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is preferred
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects regularly
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred
• Prior experience in snow plowing or winter maintenance is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
