Duties

• Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform detailed gardening to ensure lush, healthy turf and vibrant plantings
• Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and efficiently
• Maintain landscape features including hardscape elements like pathways, patios, and retaining walls
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal watering schedules
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe
• Use hand tools and machinery like excavators for landscape modifications or construction projects

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge with experience handling power tools and landscaping equipment
• Proven lawn care skills including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as planting, pruning, and soil preparation
• Knowledge of horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and garden design
• Experience in tree care including trimming and health assessments
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
• Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance roles is preferred
