Lawn Maintenance Technician

GLC Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining commercial and residential properties throughout Livingston and Oakland Counties, ensuring every property is serviced safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and other landscape equipment
• Perform trimming, edging, and blowing services
• Follow daily route schedules and property specifications
• Inspect properties and communicate service concerns to supervisors
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs
• Work safely and professionally on every job site
• Assist with seasonal services as needed

Qualifications

• Previous commercial lawn maintenance experience
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
