Lawn Maintenance Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and aesthetics of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Wages DOE. Duties

• Perform general maintenance tasks including lawn care, bush trimming, yard cleanups, Aeration and De-thatching to name a few
• Operate power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Experience in lawn care practices, including mowing.
• Competence in using various power tools safely.
• MUST have a valid Driver License.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
