Responsibilities

• Safely operate spray equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery, to apply lawn care products accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify pest issues, nutrient deficiencies, or other concerns requiring treatment.
• Follow detailed application procedures for pest control, fertilization, and weed management to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, including product types, quantities, locations, and dates for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks such as trimming, mowing, or soil preparation when needed.
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans and provide advice on lawn care best practices.

Experience

• Prior experience in sales related to lawn care, pest control, farming, or landscaping is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn treatment techniques is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with farming or agriculture practices can be beneficial for understanding plant health needs.
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for safe vehicle operation.
