Lawn Care Route Technician – Growth Opportunity

Wilson Landscaping is seeking a dependable, disciplined individual to take ownership of weekly lawn maintenance routes and seasonal services.

This is a W-2 employee position (not 1099).

Schedule

• April 1 – Late October
• Approximately 4 days per week (weather dependent)
• 8:00 AM start time (arrive by 7:30 AM)
• 10–11 hour days during peak season
• Overtime paid according to law

Compensation

$20–25/hour based on experience and reliability
Paid weekly
Performance-based bonuses available
Lunch provided

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers
• String trimming, edging, and blowing
• Perform quality checks at each property
• Maintain and care for equipment
• Track time and route progress

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
