Grassperson is looking for a Lawncare Technician to join our team and help deliver high-quality lawn treatment services to customers across the Lewisville area.

What You’ll Do

• Apply fertilization and weed control treatments
• Perform ornamental tree and shrub treatments
• Communicate with customers during service visits
• Update customer records in the CRM system
• Safely operate company trucks, sprayers, and spreaders
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lawn care or landscape experience
• Basic knowledge of plants, grasses, and weeds
• Ability to operate a mid-size truck and motorized equipment
• Strong communication skills with customers
• Ability to work well with office staff and team members
• Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• English speaking capability
