Landscape Technician – Join Our Grounds Maintenance Team

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our growing outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will help maintain attractive, safe, and well-kept grounds across our properties. Key Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns to a high standard

• Maintenance of mowers, equipment, and vehicles

• Weekly visits to all assigned properties regardless of weather

• Perform lawn care services including aeration, fertilization, and weed control

• Trim shrubs and hedges and maintain landscape beds

• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plants

• Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other landscape waste

• Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, buildings, and outdoor areas

• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

• Maintain clean, organized trailers, trucks, and equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Experience in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or landscape equipment operation required

• Experience hauling trailers and equipment required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to walk, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends when needed

• Travel required — up to 3 hours per day (travel time compensated)
