We are looking for a Lawyer.


The requirements for the successful candidate are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable universities in Turkiye (LL.M. degree will be considered an asset).
  • Registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, with at least 6-7 years of post-bar registration experience.
  • Proven track record of working in an international company and/or leading law firm (experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial law.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and reporting skills in both Turkish and English are essential.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage strict deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
  • Excellent communicationand negotiation skills, especially in contract discussions and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Desire to work and specialize in contracts, corporate law issues in a pharmaceutical industry.

Key Duties of the Successful Candidate:

  • Lead negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of a wide range of contracts with an emphasis on pharmaceutical-sector agreements.
  • Provide practical legal advice and support to various departments.
  • File and archieve legal documentation both electronically and in hard copy formats according to company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze Turkish laws, regulations, and guidelines, advising the business proactively on changes that could impact operations or contracts.
