Lawyer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our team. The role will focus on providing legal support for property management and real estate leasing operations, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The Lawyer will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, handle disputes, and protect the company’s legal and financial interests, with strong expertise in property-related legal matters such as evictions, collections, and cheque cases.

Key Responsibilities:

· Draft, review, and advise on leasing agreements, tenancy contracts, property management contracts, and service agreements.

· Ensure company compliance with UAE real estate, property, and leasing laws and regulations.

· Provide legal advice and representation on disputes related to tenants, landlords, contractors, and vendors.

· Handle property-related legal cases, including evictions, collections, cheque disputes, and tenant-landlord litigation.

· Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations when required.

· Assist in legal documentation for property acquisitions, sales, transfers, and registrations.

· Support management in risk assessment, dispute resolution, and policy development.

· Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal partners when required.

· Stay updated on changes in real estate, tenancy, and corporate laws affecting the business.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Master’s Degree is an advantage.

· Licensed to practice law in the UAE.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate, property, or corporate law.

· Strong knowledge of UAE property, tenancy, commercial, and civil law.

· Proven experience in handling property cases, including evictions, collections, and cheque disputes.

· Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Background:

· Prior experience in property management companies, real estate firms, or leasing businesses.

· Knowledge of dispute resolution specific to tenant-landlord relationships and rental enforcement.
