Lawyer

We are currently looking for a “Corporate Lawyer” to join our Legal Directorate department.

Job Description:

• Draft, review, prepare, provide legal advice and ensure all contracts are applicable to law for conglomerate and group companies
• Conduct the legal opinion of the companies in capital markets,
• Conduct legal research and draft reports, opinions, correspondence and other documents,
• Follow up new legislation

Qualificaitons:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in intellectual property, real estate, especially corporate law, commercial law, capital market law, contract law, labor law
• Experienced in a multinational company, a corporate company or a law firm serving multinational companies
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong drafting, negotiating and writing skills both in Turkish and English
• Having strong communication and negotiation skills
• Having strong analysis and reporting skills
• Dynamic, self-motivated and team oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• No restriction for domestic and abroad travel
• Having driving license
