Responsibilities

Advising clients in legal fields such as personal data protection,healthcare, international commercial transactions, construction, real estate, project finance, and corporate.

Negotiating, reviewing, and drafting agreements.

Managing personal data protection compliance projects.

Monitoring and reporting legal and policy development.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable law school.

Advanced level of English.

Recently completed legal internship or maximum 1 year of experience.

Being practical business-minded executive, who is energetic, highly motivated, and results-oriented.

A practical and hands-on approach, to understand and support business requests.

Able to communicate clearly and simply and take accountability for decisions.

Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously effectively and efficiently and to make prioritize business needs, while consistently maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality of execution.

Able to build and maintain strong business relationships, with affiliate leadership and business teams, external stakeholders; serve as a true business partner.

Able to engage in open, honest conversations with others, and to convey key messages quickly, accurately across different settings and audiences.
