JOB AD FOR PRACTICING LAWYER

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawyer with 4–5 years of active bar license to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent drafting abilities, and solid experience handling legal matters independently. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Represent the company/clients in court hearings, legal proceedings, or negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer with 4–5 years of professional legal experience.
• Strong understanding of civil, corporate, or criminal law (specify your preferred area).
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in litigation / corporate law / real estate law / commercial contracts (choose areas relevant to you).
• Ability to manage clients and deadlines effectively.
