Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience as a Law Clerk, particularly in Canadian real estate and corporate law. The role involves managing real estate transactions, preparing and filing corporate documents, and providing exceptional support to our legal team. Proficiency with Clio and strong communication skills over the phone and via email are essential.

About Us: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Law Clerk with a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, including drafting, reviewing, and processing documents.
  • Prepare and file corporate documents such as incorporations, amendments, and other related filings.
  • Conduct title searches and assist with due diligence.
  • Maintain and organize client files using Clio software.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, legal professionals, and third parties via phone and email.
  • Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Support lawyers with research, document preparation, and transaction coordination.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a Law Clerk in real estate and corporate law.
  • Proficiency with Clio and other legal software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and client service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
