Job Description

1. Manage the entire board and general meeting process, ensuring timely distribution of relevant papers, accurate minute drafting, and proactive follow-up on actions.

2. Advise the senior management on board/audit committee agendas to ensure directors have the necessary information for decisions and approvals.

3. Act as board members primary contact for corporate governance and board matters.

4. Lead the Company’s engagement in corporate governance and policy making.

5. Monitor and ensure adherence to Corporate Governance Regulations and Guidelines,

6. Keep records of all constitutional documents and ensure timely filing with relevant authorities.

7. Manage corporate governance aspects of audits, inspections, and reviews.

8. Efficiently manage shareholder and board meetings, ensuring approval of management proposals.

9. Coordinate with the Share Registrar to handle shareholder matters/complaints promptly.

10. Collaborate with the Finance team and stakeholders to ensure timely publication and dispatch of annual reports.

11. Support Finance and accounting team as and when require.

Qualification

1. Knowledge:

a. CA inter + article-ship / ACMA / ICMA finalist/member ICSP

2. Skill:

a. Working knowledge of secretarial practices and regulatory compliance;

b. Sound knowledge of corporate laws

c. Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.

d. Problem solving with effective solutions

Experience

1. Minimum experience 2 - 5 years with manufacturing concern in managerial position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
