Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory & Compliance: Offer legal counsel on commercial, civil, labor, and regulatory matters.
• Legal Advisory & Compliance: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Legal Advisory & Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with UAE laws and applicable international frameworks.
• Legal Advisory & Compliance: Interpret laws and regulations to guide business or client decisions.

• Client Representation & Communication: Represent clients in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations.
• Client Representation & Communication: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and external counsel.
• Client Representation & Communication: Prepare legal opinions, case files, and risk assessments.
• Client Representation & Communication: Clearly communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

• Case Management & Development: Develop legal strategies in collaboration with senior lawyers or independently.
• Case Management & Development: Conduct in-depth legal research and stay up to date with legislative changes.
• Case Management & Development: Contribute to internal legal resources, precedents, and best practices.
• Case Management & Development: Support internal teams with legal input for operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; further specialization or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and client advisory.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple legal matters effectively.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive Salary: 6,000 - 12,000 AED (based on experience)
