Lawyer – Business Set Up Consultancy

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our Business Set Up Consultancy team. The successful candidate will provide legal expertise and guidance on company formation, regulatory compliance, and business structuring to ensure clients meet all legal and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on legal procedures and requirements for setting up businesses in free zones, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international laws, including commercial, corporate, and labor regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zone entities, and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
• Provide guidance on shareholder agreements, licensing, intellectual property protection, and other corporate legal matters.
• Support clients in resolving legal disputes, ensuring timely and professional handling.
• Monitor changes in legislation and update clients and internal teams accordingly.
• Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, and provide legal opinions where required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or specialization in Corporate/Commercial Law preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in UAE.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably within a business consultancy or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of company formation procedures in free zone, mainland, and offshore structures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is an advantage.
