Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate client service agreements, retainers, production agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, liabilities, and risk exposure arising from client engagements.
• Handle client disputes, contractual disagreements, payment recovery matters, and commercial claims while protecting the company's interests.
• Draft legal notices, demand letters, settlement agreements, and responses to legal claims or complaints.
• Provide legal guidance on advertising, marketing, digital media, content creation, influencer partnerships, and promotional campaigns in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Advise on intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, licensing rights, content ownership, and usage rights for creative assets.
• Review campaign terms and conditions, promotional materials, and client deliverables to mitigate legal and reputational risks.
• Support debt recovery efforts and coordinate with external legal representatives when legal action is required against clients or third parties.
• Assist in dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, and settlement discussions to avoid unnecessary litigation where possible.
• Provide legal advice on social media content, digital marketing activities, consumer protection regulations, and advertising compliance requirements.
• Assess and manage legal risks associated with media production, content distribution, talent agreements, influencer engagements, and sponsorship arrangements.
• Represent the company's legal interests in communications with clients, regulatory authorities, and external legal counsel.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, legal processes, and best practices to support business operations and client engagement activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience advising media, advertising, marketing, digital, creative, or production companies.
• Demonstrated experience in handling client disputes, commercial claims, debt recovery, contract enforcement, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong understanding of UAE media regulations, commercial transactions, intellectual property rights, and digital marketing compliance.
• Experience supporting agencies managing corporate, government, and multinational client accounts.

Pay: From E£2,500.00 per month
