Job Purpose
To provide end-to-end legal advisory support across CBRE Excellerate’s portfolio across Africa and the Middle East by managing client contracts, commercial contracts, supplier agreements, legal compliance matters, regulatory risks, and legal documentation while protecting company interests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
What You Will Be Doing

Review and recommend amendments to client, supplier, and commercial contracts

Identify and escalate contractual and legal risks in line with Delegation of Authority

Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on operational legal matters

Draft legal documentation, notices, and legal correspondence

Recommend engagement of external legal counsel where specialist advice is required

Approve standard legal templates and documentation improvements
What you will bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field

Admitted Attorney/Legal Practitioner

5–7 years legal experience, including 3 years in corporate/commercial law
