Job Purpose
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily facility operations and ensuring smooth service delivery across the site. The role supports compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. 
 
What you will be doing 
Facility Coordination (Primary Focus)<ul><li>
Coordinate day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, cleaning and soft services with the Facility manager.</li><li>
Act as the main point of contact for client requests and service-related issues.</li><li>
Follow up with service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.</li><li>
Track work orders and ensure closure within agreed timelines.</li><li>
Conduct routine site walkthroughs to maintain service standards.</li><li>

Job Purpose 
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst with up to 3 years of experience to support month-end closing, financial analysis, and reporting activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, good understanding of accruals and adjustments, and the ability to provide clear insights on P&amp;L performance, revenue trends, and budget variances. The candidate should also be comfortable maintaining aging reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and communicating effectively in English. French is preferred.

Job Purpose 
 
Under general direction, holds full accountability for the site operation, cost management, service delivery and front facing services at the client facilities. Main Scope:

Client Management: 
<ul><li>Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients &amp; attends regular client meetings.</li><li>Lead OPIs &amp; KPIs agreed as per MSA</li><li>Ensure all client objectives are met on a timely manner</li><li>Provide data analysis &amp; reports as requested by client on a timely manner</li><li>First point of contact for the office of the client team. Be present on site to answer queries from employees, visitors, contractors via telephone or e-mail.</li></ul> 

Facility Management: 
<ul><li>Building Maintenance:</li></ul> 
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed. 
o Responsible for facilities inspections and reports. 
o Deliver Statutory &amp; Non-statutory Work Orders as assigned and close reactive requests through Si7 tool (ticketing system) 
o Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities. 
o Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects. 
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
 
 
Other duties may be assigned. 
 
<ul><li>Soft Services: Manage and deliver which includes (Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Catering. Etc)</li><li>Projects: Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Vendors&rsquo; Management:</li></ul>
 o Ensure vendors delivers as per scope &amp; scorecards, trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. 
 o Conducting supplier surveys &amp; tenders. 
 o Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost centre coding. 
 o Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Provides process and procedure training. 
 o Performs all activities necessary to accomplish within cost, schedule and quality objectives, the procurement of a wide variety of complex material / mainly service requirements as required to fulfil the material needs of client needs. 
 o Achieves established cost improvement goals. Develops, manages and maintains historical / information and records for all assigned commodities. 
<ul><li>Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.</li><li>In addition to all above, other duties may be assigned by the line manager</li></ul> 

Education &amp; Experience: 
 
<ul><li>(5-7 Years minimum), operations experience of facilities management or service delivery possible specialist areas such as M&amp;E, catering, security and cleaning.</li><li>Facility Management certification will be a plus. Driving license may be required.</li><li>Industry expertise such as Critical Environments, Pharma, Finance and Oil &amp; Gas are valued and preferred. Commercial and financial awareness.</li><li>Factory experience is a plus.</li><li>PC literate. CMMS experience (WO Management Process) preferred</li></ul>
