About the role 
 
The PMO Lead will be accountable for managing the delivery of project and program services in line with the Master/Local Service Agreements (MSA/LSA). This role serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) within the Market, collaborating with all local and regional stakeholders. The PMO Lead ensures effective project delivery, risk management, sustainability, value management, and governance across the Market, aligning with the company&rsquo;s strategic objectives. 
 
What you will bring 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 10+ years&rsquo; experience in project management and PMO, preferably working with MNCs.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of project governance, contract management, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>
Strong business acumen, ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, and proven stakeholder management capabilities.</li><li>
Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments, strong communication skills, and experience in non-standard working settings.</li><li>
Experience in the banking sector is preferred.</li></ul>
What you will be doing 
<ul><li>
Manage the capital program for the Market, ensuring project delivery aligns with client policies, industry standards, and risk management procedures.</li><li>
Develop sustainability plans, embed supply chain efficiencies, lead vendor management, and monitor performance to support client&rsquo;s transformation program.</li><li>
Develop and implement a quality control plan to ensure high-quality project delivery, adhering to client&rsquo;s standards and contractual obligations.</li><li>
Lead the recruitment, training, and support of the PM team, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee team performance, ensuring successful project execution.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, track performance, and address non-compliance.</li><li>
Monitor project KPIs, maintain governance over contracts and vendors, and lead internal and external performance assessments.</li><li>
Manage capital program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost-saving recommendations, and timely execution of change requests.</li><li>
Oversee procurement strategies and ensure all contracts are fit for purpose, managing supplier performance and due diligence.</li><li>

About the role
As a Facility engineer, you will manage operations and maintenance of facilities in accordance with agreed to service levels and costs. Position develops and manages systems and processes to ensure operations and maintenance work is performed in compliance with the client corporate expectations and applicable laws and regulations. Determines and implements strategy for base building and client requested projects. Position ensures implementation of site goals and ensures day to day compliance which includes championing HSE. Many of the activities are technical in nature requiring a good understanding of building utility and structural systems. In addition, position is responsible for managing maintenance and operations workforce and client software platforms.

What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the following:<ul><li>

Operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire safety etc).</li><li>
Maintenance and repairs.</li><li>
Base building and client requested projects.</li><li>
Energy conservation including utility monitoring.</li><li>
Maintenance and operations workforce.</li><li>
PPM &amp; ticketing system.</li><li>
Develops, implements, monitors and improves maintenance plans including preventative and predictive maintenance.</li><li>
Develops and manages budgets for technical services area. Includes the development of base building improvement projects budgets.</li><li>
Approves the selection of professional services e.g. architects, engineers, interior designers.</li><li>
Reviews and approves or seeks appropriate approval level, commitments and invoices.</li><li>
Develops a strategic asset preservation program to ensure assets are managed to provide maximum value.</li><li>
Keeps abreast of facilities management issues including applicable regulations, design, construction, equipment, SHE issues etc.</li><li>
Develops training and development plans for O&amp;M staff</li><li>
Manages operations and project staff as required.</li><li>
Manages purchase requisitions and (Goods or Services) receipt process related to O&amp;M and security.</li><li>
Participate in site P&amp;B process.</li><li>
Maintain building equipment in a good condition.</li><li>
Manage client requested projects. (Facility)</li><li>
Review and approve all the governmental services invoices prior submission.</li><li>
Manages all HSE documentation to ensure integrity and consistency.</li><li>
Responsible for incidents reporting and investigation.</li><li>
Conduct trend analysis of SHE Events, Interventions, and Observations &amp; Inspections.</li><li>
Assessments and incidents entry in client&rsquo;s platform.</li><li>
Participate in business continuity plans and the execution of required drills.</li><li>
IAQ coordinator, measuring Temperatures, relative humidity and CO2 and document measurements in the IAQ survey screening tool and ensure that they are in the acceptable range according to IAQ guidance.</li><li>
Manages all the environmental tests and ensure they meet the standards/acceptable range:</li><li>
Water analysis according to WHO parameters.</li><li>
Lux intensity.</li><li>
Pollutants emitted from Generator.</li><li>
Nosie levels.</li><li>
X-ray radiation.</li><li>
Vibration testing and analysis.</li><li>
Thermal &amp; electrical inspections.</li><li>
Approves e-CODs and ensure equipment is returned back to service flawlessly before COD closure.</li><li>
Initiate e-MOC and manages the whole process till completion.</li></ul>
