About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent reception service, and efficient facilities coordination. This role blends administrative excellence with workplace support, vendor coordination, office administration, finance, health and safety activities, and ad-hoc requests to ensure a fun, safe environment. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Front Desk &amp; Guest Management: Provide a high-class service and customer/visitor experience, ensuring every interaction is professional and pleasant.</li><li>

Coordinate client performance reviews against agreed outputs on a monthly basis.</li><li>

Assist in raising and managing purchase orders, work orders, e-logbooks, harbour calls, and related processes.</li></ul>
 Requirements<ul><li>
A minimum of 5-7 years&rsquo; experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a supervisory role within a related service environment.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Experience in contract management and performance measurement.</li><li>
PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft systems, with experience in PPM and FM software systems such as CAFM.</li><li>

About the Role
The Receptionist is responsible to manage the reception as the first point of contact for the office and provide business operations, administrative support to the FM team&rsquo;s goal to deliver the FM services as per agreement. Assist Staff/Guests needs, and requirements related to facilities and other services being provided as part of the scope. Supports the FM team to successfully deliver the FM services at the site as per agreement. 
 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Ensure the Reception is covered without fail during working hours</li><li>
Provide Superior Customer Service in all areas &amp; aspects and actively assist to ensure compliance of the Reception SLA&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Maintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors are recorded in logbook, escorted and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorization or supervision maintained.</li><li>
