Job Purpose: 
Responsible to support finance lead by managing various client accounts which will be assigned as per capacity and account activity level. 
 
What you will be doing: 
<ul><li>
Understand client contract and MSA.</li><li>
Ensure billing to client is in accordance with the contract agreed in each country.</li><li>
Review of open PO report with operations, ensuring accuracy of GL and cost center allocation.</li><li>
Participate in budget/forecast process</li><li>
Strong communication between all relevant stakeholders as per account.</li><li>
Report YTD results to respective managing directors per account.</li><li>
Preparation of the balance sheet and profit and loss statements and compilation of data for the preparation of regularly scheduled and special accounting reports.</li><li>
Post and prepares journal entries, review with account and CBX finance leads.</li><li>
Follow up on collection and reconciliation on statement of accounts.</li><li>
Prepares monthly account analysis of balance sheet accounts, develops adjusting entries as needed, and reviews status of all significant accounts with Accounting Management.</li><li>
Researches and resolves accounts receivable issues.</li><li>
Ensures that systems and procedures follow company policies, acceptable accounting practices, and applicable regulations.</li><li>
Maintains accounting processes and procedures, which comply with generally accepted accounting principles, tax requirements and management reporting requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>

<div>Job Purpose: 
The Civil Multi - Technician is responsible for supporting the maintenance, inspection, and repair of building fabric and civil infrastructure. The role ensures facilities are maintained to high standards by carrying out preventive maintenance, responding to civil-related issues, and assisting in minor project works while adhering to safety and quality requirements. 
 
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance and repair of building fabric elements and civil infrastructure.</li><li>
Perform routine inspections and execute minor civil and fabric repairs.</li><li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:

Minimum 05 years of overall work experience in civil or building fabric maintenance.</li><li>
Minimum of 02 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in high-end or corporate environments.</li><li>
Technical certification or vocational training in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and maintenance practices.</li><li>
Ability to read drawings and basic drafting knowledge.</li><li>
Familiarity with civil/fabric materials, methods, and repair techniques.</li><li>
Understanding of local construction regulations and safety standards.</li><li>
Experience collaborating with engineers, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul>

About the role 
Position Objective
To position Finance as a strategic value-adding business partner by actively influencing commercial and operational decision-making. Lead profit forecasting and financial planning processes, ensure accurate allocation of income and expenditure, and oversee the full procure-to-pay cycle including creditor management.
Drive financial governance, internal controls, and compliance while establishing and maintaining robust financial support services for property management operations. Provide strategic financial insight to enhance profitability, optimize cost structures, and support sustainable growth within the Centre.

About the role 
 
The PMO Lead will be accountable for managing the delivery of project and program services in line with the Master/Local Service Agreements (MSA/LSA). This role serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) within the Market, collaborating with all local and regional stakeholders. The PMO Lead ensures effective project delivery, risk management, sustainability, value management, and governance across the Market, aligning with the company&rsquo;s strategic objectives. 
 
What you will bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 10+ years&rsquo; experience in project management and PMO, preferably working with MNCs.</li><li>
