Lawyer (DRT & Litigation)

Experience Required: 5–6 Years
Location: Chandigarh

We are seeking an experienced Lawyer with 5–6 years of active litigation practice, including substantial exposure to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) matters, to join our legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling matters before Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
• Drafting and arguing OA, SA, Recovery Proceedings, and Interim Applications
• Representation in SARFAESI Act proceedings
• Coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and clients
• Appearing before DRAT and other relevant forums, as required
• Drafting pleadings, replies, rejoinders, and legal opinions
• Independent court appearances and case strategy

Eligibility Criteria

• LLB qualified with valid Bar enrollment
• 5–6 years of litigation experience
• Proven experience in DRT & SARFAESI matters
• Strong drafting, argumentation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to independently manage cases
