• Contract and document management: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
• Due diligence: Conduct thorough research to assess legal risks, verify property titles, and ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Legal counsel: Advise clients on legal issues related to buying, selling, developing, or leasing properties, including zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
• Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contract terms on behalf of clients and ensure all necessary legal and financial conditions are met for a smooth closing.
• Dispute resolution: Represent clients in court or administrative hearings to resolve property-related disputes and litigation.
• Regulatory compliance: Stay updated on all relevant property laws and regulations, and ensure that clients' transactions and properties are compliant.
• Client and stakeholder coordination: Liaise with clients, real estate brokers, developers, lenders, and government entities to facilitate transactions.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: A law degree (LLB or LLM) and a license to practice law.
• Experience: Previous experience in property law and real estate transactions is often required.
• Legal knowledge: Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting, as well as title searches and reviews.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
