Lawyer (Real Estate Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Lawyer to provide legal expertise and support across property transactions, construction projects, and real estate development. The ideal candidate will advise on contracts, ensure compliance with local laws, and protect the company’s interests in all real estate dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to property sales, leases, and construction agreements.
• Provide legal opinions on land acquisition, zoning, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise management on risk mitigation strategies in real estate transactions.

Transaction Management

• Oversee due diligence for property purchases, sales, and leasing.
• Ensure clear title and ownership rights in all real estate deals.
• Manage escrow arrangements, financing agreements, and closing procedures.

Compliance & Litigation

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Represent the company in disputes, arbitration, or litigation related to property matters.
• Liaise with government authorities, registrars, and regulatory agencies.

Corporate Support

• Support real estate development projects with legal structuring and documentation.
• Advise on joint ventures, partnerships, and investment agreements.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on real estate legal issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s or specialization in Real Estate Law preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate and construction law.
• Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and international best practices.
