Expert Real Estate is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate marketing and the ability to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for real estate projects.
• Manage company social media accounts and publish content.
• Prepare marketing content and advertisements in coordination with the sales team.
• Monitor paid advertising campaigns, analyze results, and prepare reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research and suggest new marketing ideas.
• Coordinate with designers and photographers to produce professional marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in real estate).
• Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising.

Strong analytical skills and reporting ability.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English.
