Position Overview
The lawyer holds a VALID LICENSE to appear in court and represent clients and will be responsible for handling a broad range of legal matters, including advisory services, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution, while ensuring adherence to UAE laws and protecting the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including procurement, service, and real estate contracts.
• Manage disputes arising from business operations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including attending court hearings and sessions before UAE courts.
• Handle and monitor litigation and arbitration cases, including coordination with external legal counsel.
• Prepare legal notices, pleadings, memoranda, and case summaries.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on UAE laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Identify legal risks and provide effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide legal support to internal departments on day-to-day matters.
• Review and advise on employment-related matters, including contracts and disputes.
• Assist with corporate structuring, licensing, and regulatory approvals when required.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and records.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Support senior management with legal reporting and strategic advice.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer in the UAE.
• UAE National (Emirati) preferred.
• Preference will be given to female candidates.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, litigation procedures, and arbitration.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
