Layout & Land Concept Designer – Real Estate

Job Description (JD):

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Layout & Land Concept Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and designing land layouts that are functional, compliant, and market-attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative land use concepts, master plans, and layout designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare site plans, zoning layouts, and plot divisions in line with local regulations and client requirements.
• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and project teams to ensure design feasibility and execution accuracy.
• Create 2D and 3D visualizations, maps, and presentation drawings for client approvals.
• Incorporate Vastu, sustainability, and modern living trends into design concepts.
• Ensure compliance with DTCP, HMDA, RERA, and other governing authorities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop attractive sales-ready layout presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS tools, and related design software.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, land regulations, and plotting standards.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and spatial planning skills.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate layouts, land development, or urban design (freshers with strong design skills can also apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,341.36 - ₹49,632.59 per month
