Marketing Executive – Landscape Projects

About the Company:
Rosea Landscape Pvt Ltd is a Bangalore-based landscape design and execution firm, known for delivering high-quality, customized outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, and institutional clients. We also deal in the supply of horticulture products like cocopeat and plants. We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive on a trial basis to help expand our client base, primarily for landscape projects.

Role Objective:
Your main responsibility will be to generate leads and acquire new landscape design and execution projects. Secondary support for product marketing (plants, cocopeat) may be required occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market our landscaping services to architects, builders, gated communities, homeowners, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and set up meetings with potential clients.
• Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into projects.
• Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, or industry networking events (when needed).
• Assist with preparing basic marketing content or presentations, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Prior experience or interest in architecture, construction, landscaping, or B2B sales is desirable.
• Self-motivated and confident, working independently.
• Local knowledge of Bangalore and fluency in Kannada/English is a plus.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (travel allowance can be provided).

Work Type & Compensation:

• Trial Basis: 1–2 months to start with, extendable based on performance.
• Work Hours: Flexible; part-time or full-time can be discussed.
• Remuneration: Fixed stipend or commission-based structure, negotiable depending on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹10,810.39 - ₹25,715.10 per month
