SUMMARY
This role manages training projects from idea to implementation for prioritized needs. They will partner with partner with SMEs and content owners, assess learning needs, determine content and develop training solutions. They will help implement and communicate training solutions and may also help measure training impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with the division management team and employees to understand business plans, priorities, issues, needs and lead the identification and implementation of learning and performance improvement solutions.
- Collaborate with other learning professionals to create learning plans (which may include a blended approach), design curriculum, and formulate implementation strategies.
- Develop learning objectives, content outlines, and evaluation criteria for learning solutions.
- Design and develop learning solutions, primarily authoring OnDemand modalities but other modalities such as webinars, ILTs, Virtual ILTs, videos, Reference Guides, Facilitator Guides, and Participant Guides as required, partnering effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and others involved in implementing the solution.
- Continually enhance our methods and materials based on best practices in the industry, emerging technologies, vendor resources and products, business unit requirements and expectations, and feedback from customers, trainers and associates.
- Create and maintain training aids, resource guides, How-to Guides, and other training resources as required.
- Create training communication tools including PowerPoint presentations, training newsletter articles, project plans, and more as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associates or bachelor’s degree in training and development or a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience and/or support certifications.
- 5 years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training solutions.
- Advanced skills using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, Word, video creation and editing software, and screen capturing software.
- Experience working in project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience as an internal consultant and skilled in applying a performance consulting approach to SME and stakeholder relations.
- Understanding of and extensive experience utilizing learner-centered approaches in the design and development of learning solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience creating fully accessible OnDemand training solutions.
- Experience using metrics to measure the impact of the training solution.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255-$119,745.
