L&D Coordinator

An execution-focused role responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of L&D operations. The Coordinator owns the logistics and administrative backbone of the Learning Centre, ensuring programs are delivered on time, tracked accurately, and supported end to end.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all training programs, sessions, and calendars across departments
  • Manage the LMS (Moodle) — enrollments, course setup, content publishing, and learner tracking
  • Maintain accurate training records, dashboards, and reports on participation, completion, and feedback
  • Liaise with trainers, department heads, and external vendors on logistics and requirements
  • Administer pre/post-training assessments, evaluations, and feedback collection
  • Support budget tracking, procurement of training resources, and documentation
  • Ensure branding and quality consistency across L&D materials and communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Education, or related); 1–3 years in L&D, HR, or training coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on LMS experience
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
