L&D Program Manager (Workshops)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Workshop & Program Manager to take complete ownership of designing, launching, marketing, and delivering wellness-based workshops and bootcamps across schools, colleges, corporates, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Curriculum Development

• Design evidence-based workshop and bootcamp content (K-12, Higher Ed, Corporate, Parent Programs).
• Develop session plans, facilitator guides, slide decks, activities, handouts, and assessment tools.
• Ensure curricula are aligned to wellness outcomes and participant needs.

Program Execution & Operations

• Manage end-to-end execution of workshops: scheduling, planning, logistics, budgets.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate facilitators and vendors.
• Handle venue arrangements or virtual session setup (Zoom, LMS, Event platforms).

Go-To-Market & Marketing

• Build and execute go-to-market strategy including pricing and campaign planning.
• Lead program marketing: webinars, outreach campaigns, email marketing, content promotion.
• Support business development through proposals, brochures, sales enablement material.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with schools, corporates, and institutions to understand requirements.
• Manage onboarding, service delivery, SLAs, and customizations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Program Analysis & Reporting

• Collect participant feedback and measure program outcomes.
• Track KPIs and prepare impact reports, dashboards, and case studies.
• Optimize program structure and delivery for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Program Management / Learning & Development / EdTech / Wellness Programs / Training Operations.
• Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling workshops, trainings, or learning programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Psychology, Education, Public Health, Business, or related field is a plus.

Core Skills

• Strong program and project management skills (end-to-end ownership).
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience in demand generation, campaigns, and partnership development.
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable with KPIs, reports, dashboards.
• Hands-on with tech tools: Zoom, LMS platforms, CRM, MS Office/Google Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple programs, tight timelines, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
