L&D Specialist- Arabic/European Speaker

PSI is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer/Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs that enhance employee performance and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs in classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
• Facilitate onboarding, sales, soft skills, product knowledge, and compliance training.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department leaders and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Develop and update training materials using instructional design best practices.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and prepare training reports.
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives and maintain training records.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of corporate training experience, preferably within the real estate or sales industry.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in instructional design and learning content development.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills..
