With over five years of hands-on experience in L&D operations, you will be the backbone of our learning function—ensuring seamless execution of training programs, optimizing learning systems, and delivering a best-in-class learner experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D administration or HR operations.

Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
