DIGITAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM At nVent, we’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. The Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) is a three-year rotational program with 12 months spent in each rotation. The intention is for participants to spend three years within a specific domain/track of the digital organization, rotating within that track each year to provide exposure and build expertise.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Data & AI Track Rotations in the Data & AI track build solutions across the data and AI lifecycle. You'll engage in development efforts with Snowflake, AWS, and integrated platforms, developing expertise in machine learning, AI, data engineering, visualizations, and governance. Through direct collaboration with business partners across our global operations, you'll solve real-world challenges from creating solutions that drive critical decisions to implementing AI capabilities that transform how we operate. These rotations provide both the technical foundation in modern data technologies and the business acumen to deliver measurable impact in one of the most dynamic and high-demand fields in technology.

YOU HAVE:
- Academic background in Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or equivalent. Skills
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R
Skilled in Machine Learning techniques such as regression, classification, ensembles, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Proficient in leveraging AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain and Hugging Face.
Knowledge of AWS services, including SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, Bedrock, and S3.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
Ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership experience and/or industry-related internship experience a plus
