Overview
The Local Delivery Service Centre agent will be responsible to drive and manage customer experience and operational plans. This role is responsible for improving customer experience, meet NPS target, handling of dispatch, ensure all LDSC objectives and complaints are closed within SLA. This role requires great coordination with frontline staff and to work closely with fleet maintenance and repair team.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatch operations and monitor route execution across assigned service zones

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and complaints — ensuring all cases are logged, tracked, and closed within SLA

Liaise with fleet maintenance and repair teams to minimize vehicle downtime and service disruptions

Monitor and report on operational KPIs including NPS, SLA compliance, and collection completion rates

Maintain accurate records on operational systems (Oracle, DMS) and escalate exceptions to the Operations Manager

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field.

Experience in a business-to-business and business-to-customer service
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Diploma or equivalent
-
Working experience in the Qatar advantageous
-
Environmental Services / Waste Management industry knowledge in advantageous

Fleet Management or Dispatch experience advantageous

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Fluent in English, Hindi/Urdu and Arabic

Advance MS office skills
Requirements
-
Strong knowledge of vehicle routing, collection schedules and fleet coordination

Experience using GPS tracking, dispatch software or fleet management systems
-
Good communication skills in English, Urdu and Hindi. (Arabic is an advantage)

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools)

Knowledge of Qatar roads and regulations is preferred
