Le Dock -Fire Island Restaurant Hiring: Bartenders, Hostess, Back and Front of House

Le Dock, located in Fair harbor, Fire Island is a very busy waterfront restaurant looking for front and house positions. We are open from May 1st-June on weekends, EVERYDAY from the end of June thru Labor Day, and weekends thru October. You must be able to work until AT LEAST LABOR DAY WEKEND for consideration.

Summary

Currently hiring ONLY bartenders, hostesses, bussers and back of house including our Pizzeria. If you would like to join our amazing restaurant family and have an amazing summer at our beach restaurant then we are looking to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Support the kitchen team in delivering timely and high-quality dishes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $19.42 - $50.00 per hour
