LEAD ADMIN DESIGNER

Job Summary
With 1–2 years of experience in the wedding and event industry, our Lead Admin Designer plays a key role in keeping both creative vision and operations running seamlessly at 7 Elements & Co. This position blends administrative support, project management, and thoughtful design execution to ensure every event is organized, intentional, and beautifully executed.

From managing timelines, proposals, and client communications to assisting with design concepts, layouts, and event details, the Lead Admin Designer is the backbone of our planning process. They work closely with our creative team to translate ideas into cohesive designs while maintaining structure, efficiency, and attention to detail behind the scenes.

Passionate about weddings, events, and elevated experiences, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values organization as much as creativity, and understands that flawless events are built through both strategy and style.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, emails, and internal communications
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and client documentation
  • Maintain organized digital files, timelines, and event records
  • Onsite project management
  • Interface with clients on site
  • Draping and other design responsibilities
  • Keep office organized

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
